Welcome to Bubhub, Jo.

I was diagnosed with PCOS almost a year ago. Now 5 months pg. It's wonderful to hear how quickly the meds worked for you. YAY! :yelclap: I didn't have any meds to help me fall pg, so I can't give you advice from that point of view.

I think you should do what you want to confirm the pregnancy(bloods, u/s, ...), then go about enjoying it! :D As far as I am aware there is no difference between a PCOS pregnancy and one without PCOS. Although.... I think I heard there is a slightly higher risk of gestational diabetes as one of the factors of PCOS is insulin resistance - a pre-diabetic condition. I'm sure someone will correct me if that's wrong.

Enjoy! Congratulations!

poly cystic ovary syndrome.

I have/had it - needed clomid to fall pregnat with DD1. DD2 was a weaning accident and #3 was conceived the night we talked about it happening - so all things are possible in this world!

Good luck. Enjoy your pregnancy. Take some vitamins, talk to your doctor, and relax and enjoy the wonder of becoming a mum!
