I made fudge on the weekend was meant to be a choc caramal fudge. Nice
1 tin of sweetened condensed milk
1 paket of choc bits (about 375grms)
50gms of butter
put it all together and melt in the microwave for 3 minutes. Stirr to melt all chocolate.
Then add to a 19 by 29 cm leminton pan. put in fridge to set.
I think you would also be able to make in on the caramel instead of condensed milk this would then give it more of a caramal taste
