13 weeks and discharge...

This morning I had a brown discharge and over the past few days I have some very mild cramping. Nothing major at all.

Went into Women's Assesment and had an ultrasound done and a pelvic, and the Doctor said all looks great, cervix is closed tightly and the heartbeat is strong.

I am still having some discharge and was wondering if anyone else experienced this. Thanks girls :)

I think I might have had this. I say 'I think' because it seems so long ago and I tend to focus on the birth and what happened after rather than the pregnancy :laughing: I don't think mine was brown but white-ish. Not alot of it though, just a little bit everyday for a while.

Did the doctor say what it might be? Or just that everything was fine?

I had browny pink discharch with no1 for about a week at 6-7 weeks pregnant they couldnt find where bleeding was coming from but said that bub was fine:ecomcity: :ecomcity: .My spotting stopped a week later and i now have a beautiful 1 yr old daughter.Goodluck :fingerscrossed: your bubba sticks.

hello, i've just had some and im 18 weeks, i had it at 15 weeks as well, its old blood, mine happened after i had a massive bleed at 11 1/2 weeks.
it could just be from where the yolk sac was and as you uterus gets bigger, it lossens up.

i know its scary, but as long as bubs is fine i wouldnt worry to much:)

I had dark brown spotting/discharge at 15 weeks, seemed like quite a bit to me,
but went to doc and all was ok.
Only lasted one day- but I was terrified :eek:

Anyhow everything with bub is fine and I am due in about 2 weeks! :D :fingerscrossed:

So I would not worry too much if u can, coz it happens quite a lot it would seem! :)

i am 13 weeks tomorrow and had bleeding on and off the majority of my preg. it has ranged from brown to bright red but all my scans have come back fine. they cant find where the blood is coming from, no tears, or haemoridging (sp). my last preg i was fine. my mum bled heavy all thru out my brothers preg and that was back in the day of no scans. if there is bloody discharge, it is advised not to lift anything heavy and not do the horizontal tango for afew days.
