Alright, i need some help coming up with some cheap and yummy things for this weeks menu. In the freezer we have basa fillets. In the fridge we have chinese style duck (yeah Dad's butcher client talked us into trying it out). i have a slow cooker so any nice ideas for things to go in that would be great too.
TIA:D

The boys had the duck last night.
Any fish ideas would be great and some stew ideas. We bought some beef so a stew recipe for the slow cooker would be great.
Thanks
With the beef just dice it up and add whatever veges you have and some beef stock to it and enough water to cover it all if you need extra water. That is if you don't use the liquid stock. I don't ever use a recipe for a slow cooker stew, just throw in whatever I have got.

you could do a stir fry with the fish. Whatever flavours u like. Coconut is yum. With coconut rice. I just cook the fish add vegies and some coconut milk with a little bit of curry powder and then make the rice with coconut milk. Its a little fatty but you could do it lemon and garlic instead or plain :) Hope this helps :)
