Canesten and breastfeeding

Hi there, Does anyone know if it is safe to use canesten cream (for vaginal thrush) whilst breastfeeding? I am 4 weeks postpartum and am still spotting....is it safe to use whilst still bleeding? Cheers.

It is safe to use whilst bleeding, but just be gentle and don't use the applicator (just insert with your well-washed finger).

I ASSUME its okay to use whilst breastfeeding but am not 100% sure - any pharmacist could tell you over the phone though :)
