Wetting again?

My DD is 3 years old, she has been fully toilet trained for the last 6 months and for the last week or so she has been wetting herself again. She will do 2's on the toilet but just does a wee wherever she is standing at the time. Now, I know this has to do with the fact that I had a baby 9 days ago, what can I do?
Both myself and DF have been giving her extra attention, but we can't agree on how to handle it. I am more for ignoring the bahaviour, just making her mop it up and take her wet knickers to the laundry etc, but DF thinks she is doing it just to be naughty, so he's more for telling her off.
I thought we had prepared her well for the new arrival, she seems happy enough, and loves her new brother and we are including her in everything, I've been spending time with her while the baby sleeps etc
What can we do?

I don't think it is a good idea to punish her for it or to 'go off' at her.
I think the best thing to do is just explain to her that the wee wees have to go into the toilet and show her (even tho she knows) where they have to go. Take her to the toilet and say wee wees in the toilet.
It is a big adjustment for her as well as you and your partner. Other than that I don't really have any more advice. Just try that and see how you go.
