maple or golden syrup ?

DD1 has taken a real liking to porridge but she likes a little maple or golden syrup in it (only a little and i have tried other stuff but she wont have a bar of it unless its golden or maple syrup :rolleyes:)

i was wondering if there is one that is better then the other :confused:

i had a moment when i thought "oh our maple syrup is natural and :ecomcity:" then :idea::doh: our golden syrup is too :laughing:

so now i am confused and don't know if i should be giving her one rather then the other

anyone know ?

If she likes the taste of both, the only real difference is cost. Real maple syrup is a bit more expensive than golden syrup. Go with whatever she feels like on the day as one is as good as the other!

hmmm had not thought of that. i pay around $14 for maple syrup.

oh well, if there is no one better for her then the other i may just give her golden and save the maple for our pancakes and poffertjes :chef:
