I put on a beef stew before we left to go pick DH up from the hospital and i tell you what its smelling pretty darn good. So good infact its making my mouth water and making me very hungry indeed.

*salad w' lettuce, tomato, red onion, avocado, broccoli, green beans, carrot & mung beans topped with ranch dressing & perhaps a sprinkle of fetta?:detective:

*pumpkin and blue cheese dip with wholegrain sea salt crackers & vegetable crudites

We're having crumbed southern fried chicken and honey mustard potatoes (some recipie DH found and demanded in his invalid state). So lets hope McDonalds is still open when i screw it up!

Reporting back-dinner was delicious. Today's weather has been a bit of a fluke-it's been hideously cold here the past few weeks and have only wanted to snuggle under doonas.

Today was mild and sunny with no chilly wind and the ocean looked so blue-we sat and ate on our verandah watched the afternoon boats go by :goodvibes:

Betcha it will be :rain: or :gloomy: again when I wake up tomorrow though!:yes:

garlic bread, onion rings and pizza :o oven cooked though.
Ive been sick today and just couldnt be bothered cooking so I just threw some stuff in the oven.
