Motels in Mackay?

We're off to Mackay next weekend, just after a place to stay with 2 beds. Something up to $150/night. My mum's coming with us so we can go to $150 but no higher. I've looked on the internet but since I don't really what I'm looking for, only found 2 places and they were 5 star places way out of our reach. Thanks!

have you tried looking on wotif? (http://www.wotif.com)I usually book accommodation through them, although you most likely will need a credit card. :)

You can also try needitnow and lastminute websites...

The other option is ringing the information bureau there, we have done that before and they recommend good places on all different budgets..you will easily get something decent well under that price.....

All booked in and they didn't need a credit card for that one :) Works out under $50/night each too :D
