Wimbledon - 'Raffa'

I love watching Rafael Nadal play. I think he looks better in his blue or green rather than the All England Tennis Club rules of white, but hey!

Although watching tennis in general, it just isn't as exciting to watch now so many players are baseline players. Give me serve and volley any day. Maybe that is why I like watching doubles matches too.

Would be good to see some good old fashioned running around and strategic playing, volleys, lobs, etc... instead of all the 230km smashes to the baseline.

How exciting that Nadal has beaten Federer!! I do like Federer but was a bit disappointed when he boasted last week that he would keep winning at Wimbledon for another 10 years. It was quite an unusually arrogant statement from Federer that had me thinking he must be struggling a bit therefore trying to outpsych any opponents.

I did not watch the match but I did record it last night. I will watch it later. I was so glad to see when I logged onto msn that Nadal won. YAY!!!!
