Best ever chocolate cake.

I used to make this to take to work for my birthday.

I'd have people asking me several times a year how long it was until my birthday again... and what I going to make that cake.

It's not quite the recipe I used to use but very close. Mine had melted chocolate in the cake batter as well. About 100g I think. And the flour is self raising.

:chef: Chocolate Chunk Marshmallow Cookies

2 1/4 cups plain flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups chocolate buttons
1 cup mini marshmallow

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Sift together the flour and baking soda, set aside.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Beat in the instant pudding mix until blended. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture. Finally, stir in the chocolate and marshmallows. Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake for approx. 12 minutes in the preheated oven.
