Yes I need help on a nappie question !

Yes Ohh noooo not another nappy thread BUT all I need to know is a simple answer to probably a very simple question..I have read on several sites about hemp nappies & all other kinds..Am just wondering what is the difference..I have used cloth with all my children BUT am interested to see what these others are about ...Do they take over a normal cloth nappy & do you still need plastics ??? If any one out there could be kind enough to up date an obviously out of date mum, would really appreciate it !!!..Also where can I find them !! Is there a on line shop I can buy through ??? Thanks again for your time ..

Hemp is better than terry as it has natural antibacterial properties, grows easier thn cotton as it is more resilient to disease and pests so is kinder to the earth :D
You still need a cover, I like wool, but you can get PUL (poly urethane laminate) as well, which is breathable, not like PVC which is yuck.

yes... well ... they are a good nappy- now that you mention it!!!! (they sell hemparoos... ) - you could always go to www.ozebaby.com.au and have a look at a few different sites - a few of them stock hemp inserts ...

the best hemp nappies though (not a pocket) is ( IMO) the baby beehind...

And here I was...thinking a MOMOF8 asking questions about nappies...WHAT THE roflmao...but yup i'm the same, don't know much cept the normal terri nappies :)
