Eloise has cut her first tooth! She was chomping on my finger earlier today and there's a little sharp ridge coming though! I was so surprised - she's not been grizzling more than usual or dribbling more than usual.... or maybe these have been the teething symptoms and have just been going on for so long that I haven't really noticed.

So excited! :D

Hi Rach and Eloise,
Well done Eloise. Thats so exciting. harry has been grizzly and dribbling a lot for a few days now and myself and his health nurse also think he is cutting his first tooth, but will have to wait and see. that's wonderful news girls. :D

lucky you if the first one came unnoticed! ;) Lachlan has been chomping and dribbling for a few weeks...dribbling getting quite excessive over the last week and fairly grizzly for a couple of days so I think his are "on the way" too!

Hi girls,

Has anyone ever seen or heard of the two bottom teeth coming in at the same time? I can't be absolutely sure but it seems that she's got two bumps in the front and middle of her gum IYKWIM. I've tried to look but the only way I can do it to to get her to laugh with her head still - not an easy task!! And I've tried to pull her lip down but as soon as my fnger goes anywhere near her mouth she licks it and giggles!! :p Too cute.

She was a bit grizzly last night, Brauers seemed to settle her and a half dose of Panadol sent her to sleep. I'm so lucky, Eloise has (so far) been a complete dream child.

Cheers

Hi Rach,

Jakob is currently teething his 7th  His bottom two teeth came through a day apart but close to the same time! He was alright with these as I gave him the Brauer during the day and a dose of Nurofen for the evening. Jakob won't take the Panadol, the taste is revolting! Jakob has taken to biting out of frustration from teething from time to time also so just be aware of this. They are soooo sharp! By the way, his top 2 teeth came through a couple of days apart as well. All the best :)

Thanks Sarah. I'm doing the same with Eloise - Brauers during the day and panadol at night. She doesn't seem to mind the taste. I do have a bottle of nurofen there as well and will probably start that when the panadol is empty rather than buy more panadol.

She's definitely getting more and more grizzly, and crying too, as the day goes on, not sleeping very well, so tired as well as cranky. I guess a lot of mums out there are saying "yeah, so... welcome to my world" but grizzling for longer than 5 minutes is so unusual for her, and crying is almost non existent, so I know that something's wrong.

Poor little Jakob... give him a little cuddle from me and Eloise! :)
