Help!! I have a 20 month DD who just fell into her sleep pattern of going to bed at 7pm and getting up at 6am no probs at all.
But my DS who is 6 months isnt helping her sleep pattern and I cant handle his.
He goes to sleep at 9pm wakes up at 10.30ishpm
goes down round 12.30am to wake up again at 3.30am for good.He wakes her up too at the 3.30am and she is starting to stay awake.
Then during the day he only naps twice for approx 30min(not in her nap time).
I have started putting my daughter in my bed hopeing he doesnt wake her, which is starting another problem.
The problem with him is he wants tobe held to sleep and while he is sleeping. Its like he has an alarm that lets him know when I have put him down.
I have tried being cruel letting him cry, feeding his belly up heaps and my doc even gave me phenergan to knock him out. He isnt getting enough sleep but hes a big boy my back is starting to ache.
My partner cant help me catch up on sleep either as he works away for a couple of weeks and comes back for a few days.
My partner, my DD and I are suffering has anyone got any ideas I can try hopefully I havent already tried them??
