I live in Seven Hills, which I think is reasonably close to Penrith.

I'm interested!! Although travel might be a bit of a problem to Glenmore Park until I get my P's, which should only be a matter of weeks :fingerscrossed:

just to clarify:p. the young mum thing is pretty flexible. i guess i was thinking teens to 25ish, mainly for the purpose of having more in common (other than the lil ones:)). but like i said, flexible:yes:, so post if your interested its definatley going to be a walking with prams group, mostly for post baby weight loss, and to help mums who wouldnt other wise attend due to unsettle bubs. i will also try to organise an alt. venue for if it is raining:rain:
i will be meeting with my glenmore park youth and community centre contact after the school hols to organise.:flowerz:

hi everyone,

just an update on the mums group plans. it will be called the "new mums walking group" (and will therefore include mummies of all ages:)).
Based from Glenmore park Youth and Community Centre. I have oraganised our own room with nappy change facilities and a fully stocked kitchen(at no charge to us:yelclap:). The plan is to meet there and then go for a half hour walk and then return to the centre for a chat and to let the bubs play.
As the group is still in construction i will let everyone know of day and times as soon as possible. we will then organise a trial meet and walk and we can chat about what will suit us all interms of our want and needs from the group. I will post soon to finalise details!

i don't think i am a young mum anymore... hehe... i am 27 right at the end of this year with bio #4 on the way, and 3 live-in step kids. hmm... lol.
