Need some help

Hi all i have an extremely fussy 22month old! So i am looking for some recipes for sausage rolls and egg and bacon mini quiches! They need to be easy! Hope some one can help!

the easiest mini quiches I used to make DD many moons ago was to take slices of bread (crusts off) and flatten, push into a muffin tin and beat up a few eggs with any ingredients (cheese, ham, veggies grated etc) and bake till egg is set

these freeze well too
