Hi there,

I used to live in Adelaide and work in the industry and I would only recommend Finesse or Tanya Powell. Preferably Finesse. These are the most professional and (hopefully) will tell you straight up whether your daughter has what it takes. Do not be talked into modelling courses or portfolio shoots, she does not need either to begin working. And doing either of these will not garuntee work. If you go visit an agency with your daughter, take some good snapshots - full length, 3/4, close up of face. No makeup and not posey. Agents look for raw natural beauty. She will need to be at least 5 foot 9 and a size 8 to 10 with clear skin and good teeth and healthy hair. There is not a huge amount of work in Adelaide. If she is model material than maybe in a year or 18 months get in touch with a Melbourne agency such as Vivien's - if they take her on they book her for work in school holidays etc. Good luck.
