I've just moved into the Hattonvale area a month ago and want to join a mother's group. Anyone out there know of one?

i know there is a mothers group in lowood not sure about that area , you could try ippy or laidley :)

hi i just pm you but i have called two playgroups but they are in gatton and laidley i dont know of any around here the two i called about are on the week school goes back on wednesday at laidley and friday at gatton if your interested we could arrange to meet up there so we arent going it alone lol...

The playgroup in Gatton (St. Mary's playgroup) on the friday is awsome!! The ladies are all lovely and very relaxed bunch of ladies.

I used to go, but sadly work and kindy are taking up a lot of time, hopefully I'll be back there soon!!

hey thats great to hear about the playgroup at gatton im looking forward to some adult contact 2 years without much is driving me insane its so hard to meet people when your from a little area like hatton vale especially with little kids and my little boy really needs to have other kids around....

There is a playgroup mother meeting run at the church near Rusty's (The servo that sells out of date drinks at full price and dont rotate their stock on the Warrego) on a wednesday...

I'm not sure about the details, a lady that works at DS's day care goes to it....

My son went to Crayons and I never heard of the playgroup there, but he wasnt there for long, as I pulled him out after a couple of incidents......

But if you dont want to travel far, check the one out at the church....

Yeah i heard that Crayons isnt that great i put my son in the ABC they are great there.

lol...no not great at all, there a few posts a while back, where I had major issues with DS coming home with a black eye, and nothing was said, and they didnt even see it apparently...;) not impressed at all...

My DS goes to Neighbourhood Centre, which is the old ABC centre. ABC no longer own or run it, since the beginning of the year, or last year, or something, but they continue to wear the uniforms, but no longer on the ABC website as a listed centre...

But I agree, although I have had a few problems there, DS loves it and they are great......He calls it Butterflies, cos the butterfly pic on it.

Our kids go to the same place.... Ask Belinda (from the pre-kindy room) about it, cos its her sister that goes to the church playgroup....;)

Thanks for that ill ask her on tuesday my son loves it there too the poor thing he would love it cause i dont know anyone up here so the only kids he sees is on tuesday and thursday when he goes to daycare the poor lil thing....

LOL...my son goes on the Tuesday, usually around 8.30am-9am, My car is the GT Fozz parked there for like an hour or more each morning.....lol...

What class is he in?? Is he in Belinda's class??, DS was, but has just been put up into the Kindy room early... The Curly haired blonde boy is my boy....(you may have seen him), outside with the hat and sunnies all the time...
