Detecting when you ovulate

Can anyone tell me how exactly to detect ovulation through your body temperature. Perhaps you could suggest some good websites to look at. We have tried to microscope saliva test without any luck so I was hoping to try something a little more specific.:detective: :ecomcity:

Check out Fertility Friend, www.fertilityfriend.com and read up on their information. The best way is to record and take note of your CM (Cervical Mucus) and many people do this in conjunction with their Basal Body Temperature recordings.
