ok i have a few questions about babybeehinds cloth nappies:yes:
1) the first three washes it requires before use, can these be done on there own on a wash cycle that is faster than others or do they need a full wash cycle?
2) must i have a cover on over them at all times or are they dry without that?
3) how will these nappies effect the fit of clothing to my bub?
any help is appreciated i have bought one nappy so far just to try it:D

1) the first three washes it requires before use, can these be done on there own on a wash cycle that is faster than others or do they need a full wash cycle? - I would wash them on a full cycle 3 times, like just throw them in with the next 3 loads lol.
2) must i have a cover on over them at all times or are they dry without that? - The bamboo are ok in summer but they will never be dry once wet iykwim, so need to be checked & changed as soon as wet. I'd use a cover though.
3) how will these nappies effect the fit of clothing to my bub? - The tend to make pants tighter, they are thicker than a sposie & with a cover, thats extra bulk again. BUT depending on the build of your bub it might be a good thing. MJ was always skinny so cloth made her clothes fit properly :p

Ha ha ha, same here! If Oli is in his beehinds his pants fit, otherwise we have to put a smaller size on him! As the bub gets bigger the bulkiness obviously is less obvious- when Oli was little I found them hard to get used to as his butt was so huge. But now it doesn't look strange at all.
If you are boosting the beehind for overnight be prepared for a jumpsuit/wondersuit type garment to not button around the crotch area, we had this issue but continued to use the wondersuits... unbuttoned down there!
I would always use a cover on them, as the PP said once wet they are wet and that's that. But I know there are people (OJ&me i think???) that have used the Bonds polarfleece trackpants in lieu of a cover. They have to be the 100% polyester I think (no cotton) and this will act as a cover. Someone will hopefully confirm this as I haven't tried it. I should though- it might see me use fitteds more often!
Pre-wash- I would chuck them in with the next 3 loads on a full cycle. Just be sure that whatever they go in with isn't being washed with too much detergent or any softeners.
Hope this helps, Cherry
