rash ..help

my 2yr old son has little pimply bumps all over his back now its on his tummy and legs you cant really see them but his skin is rough and its not excma. he is sick so was thinking it might be sweat pimples should i put any thing on it any advice would be great:confused:

Does he have a fever and what colour are the spots?

Has he been on any antibiotics? It could be a reaction to them, if he has been.

Could it be chicken poxs? They start off looking like pimples.
Maybe go to a pharmacy and ask if you cant get into a doctors.

Sound like the chicken Pox to me, i sent 2 kids home from daycare with them today so it is going around.

Are they ichy??

If there ichy you can give him a calamine lotion bath and then dab the dots with calamine lotion to help the ichyness. and let him run nudie till it drys.
