I'm looking to find a playgroup or similar in Brisbane. I live at Cashmere (near Strathpine) so anywhere around this area would be good. I have 2 questions

1. How do you find one?
2. Is 4 months too young?

Sorry for the silly questions, first time, shy mum - you know how it is!

Thanks

They are not silly questions. 4 months is not too old as the baby can learn to socialise with other babies and it's good for the mums as well. It helps to be able to share information with other mothers who are going through the same things as you are.

To find a play group you can ring the Play Group Association or you can do what I did. I posted a thread on (Brisbane) bub hub asking if mums around my area wanted to start a play group. I got a really good response and now meet regularly with a group of mums over the south side of Brisbane. You would be welcome to join us but you are a bit far away. Hope this helps to answer your questions.
