Morning all.

Well, I've had a pretty rough few days. I started bleeding on Saturday - bright red blood. At first it was just with a bit of CM, but then increased. Over the next two days the bleeding has continued, but lightened to a pinkish tinge and CM.

I went to the Dr's who said that I am in a threatened miscarraiged state and that i should prepare myself for the fact that we will most likely lose the baby.

I feel crushed.

I stull am throwing up and feeling sick, have had no pains and no clotting.....so I'm praying that everything will be okay. I just don't want to get my hopes up only to find out at the U/S today that I've lost the baby.

Only way to tell is by the ultrasound or BT to make sure your HCG levels are right.
Alot of ppl start bleeding then it goes away and they go on to have a healthy pregnancy.
:fingerscrossed: you are one of them, try not too worry, but i know its hard not too.
:babydust2: I hope you ultrasound goes well today.:wizard:

Firstly :hugs: for you.
Im not sure if you have read my posts in the other threads but I have been having a lot of brownish cm the last 24 hours. I went to the emergency last and the doctor told me that she has seen woman with gushing red blood end up to have a healthy baby, and she has seen woman with one tiny spot of blood and they have miscarried. Just remember that no 2 pregnancies are alike and there is still a good chance your baby may be ok. I too am having a scan today so i know how you are feeling... Try and stay positive and relax till your scan and I wish you the most best of luck. Our bodies are pretty amazing things and your body will do what is right. Thinking of you today....

:hugs::hugs::hugs:

We have seen with the January 2009 mums that several have had quite heavy bleeding but subsequent scans have showed a healthy beating bean on the screen. Sometimes bleeding just happens, it doesn't mean anything's wrong. I desperately hope this is the case for you.

Stick little bubba.

Thanks for the :hugs: ladies,

ultrasound is at 1.50 - so not long.

Do u think it is good that I still have such bad m/s and the bleeding has all but stopped?

Or I am just clinging to false hope?

I just got back from the ultrasound and the bub is still there. The little heart was beating away - but that is about all I know. I will phone the GP in an hour or so for results. My EDD has changed and is now at 30th Jan.

Anyway, I just have to take it easy (not easy to do when we move house on thursday) and rest until the bleeding stops completely.

Thanks for your support ladies
