These are so yum :) i used puff pastry you could use filo though (my kids hate filo)
A clove of garlic (i used a bit more but i love garlic)
salt and pepper
1 small onion diced
(optional you can lightly fry garlic and onion i didnt though)
3 sheets of puff pastry
1 cup of cubed pumpkin (boil to soften slightly)
1/4 cup of broccoli
1 egg
1/2 cup of fetta crumbled or in small cubes
1 cup of mushrooms
Mix well until combined. Lay out your pastry and fill one half of each sheet with mixture then fold over the top layer and seal the edges with a fork. Cook for approxiamately 30 minutes until golden brown.
I sliced them into wedges and served with a raita dip and also another mix of greek yoghurt and chill sauce and had salad with them. You can roll them other ways into individual slices though if you like
Ohh and i added curry powder to a few just a pinch this was a nice combo as well
:chef:enjoy the kids loved them and wolfed them down
