Paw Paw ointment and cloth nappies

I just forgot but i put a cloth nappy on DS2 after i put some paw paw ointment on him for nappy rash, will this wreck the nappy or should it just wash out?

I have either polar fleece or flanelette liners that i use but i do use paw paw and they all go in the wash together, it hasnt caused any problems with my nappies though. But then the paw paw isnt actually on the nappy itself. Mind you it washes out pretty easily. I have been using it for a long time and alls been ok i was only told not to use zinc cream

I use paw paw cream on DD all the time and don't use liners. Haven't found it affecting any of her nappies.

Phew, thanks guys, that's a relief. I knew not to use the zinc creams but yeah wasn't sure about paw paw ointment.
