I wake up at least evry hour just tossing and turning. I can't nap during the day and night time sleep is horrible. Is anyone else experiencing this? Anyone have any suggestions? It has been about 6 weeks of this now and I am exhausted!:hissy:

Hi,
Sorry to gatecrash as I am due in July, just saw your post and thought I would reply. Unfortunately there is not much we can do really about the lack of sleep, some people suffer more than others.
If it is not a case of waking up to go to the toilet every couple of hours, then maybe try a nice warm bath before bed and a cup of warm milk. If you don't like warm milk, a Milo or something may help. If you have an iPod maybe listen to that in bed once you have woken up and see if you can drift back off again (soft, calming music) or read before bed to see if it helps you get tired.
Try buying one of the maternity pillows as that may help, I personally haven't tried it but not much point when I only have a short while to go. Hopefully you will find you are able to get more sleep soon.
Sorry to gatecrash. Jen

My problem is that I wake up early sometimes (usually when DH gets up for work) and then I can't get back to sleep. Before I know it, DS is awake and I have to get up, then I feel tired all day.
I found last pregnancy that once I got bigger I was uncomfortable in bed so I was awake half the night, not looking forward to that again.

Oh you poor thing..... :hugs:
I wake up around 2-3am every night because I am STARVING! I end up munching on some crackers I am keeping by my bed. Is that weird?
