Hey girls. I need some help. Can u please teach me how to get over someone? It's driving me mental and I try to act indifferent and just forget but it's not that easy. Teach me how to be truly happy being single!!!

You can't 'teach' anyone to get over someone.

You just do - eventually.

It is harder if you werent the one to leave of course, and in those cases, it really does just come down to you filling your life with something else.
Take up a hobby, get a part-time job, go out with other mums etc.

I think you really need to give yourself the affirmation that you don't need someone, you can be happy by yourself.

:kiss:My heart goes out to you. It's not easy letting someone you really like go physically and of course mentally. I've been through it only recently and a few times before.

My advice is gather your girlfriends around you and talk to them to keep yourself sane and reassured. Mistake I made with my ex was totally focusing on him and not building friendships with other girlfriends. When I found myself alone it was a tough time.

I realised that girlfriends are the best tonic for so many things - self-doubt, career crisis, advice, men, men, men and men analysis and of course the all important gauge on if he's a good guy or a baddie.

Where you are now - try to set yourself goals or hobbies as PP says. Even coffee or dinner with friends, play dates - whatever it takes to keep you smiling and active.

Hey there I am a single mum with four kids one 8 week old I find the best thing to do is focus on what I do have not what I dont have
