Weaning off questions

I am weaning dd off b/f at the moment for some reasons. Yesterday morning was the last feed and I am absolutetly heartbroken:crying:.

Anyway, I am very uncomfortable at the moment because my breasts are full. Do you know what I can do to ease the soreness a little bit? How many days will it take until it goes down?

I would take a warm shower, and express just a little...just enough to ease the ache. It should ease off within a few days (from memory)

i found expressing just enough to take the edge off whenever it got bad worked well for me and my boobs were back to relatively normal in about 5 days
