Has anyone seen Dr Ian Robertson (Brisbane)

I have just been referred to him because we couldn't get in to Tony Prado:no:.

Has anyone seen him and what did you think of him?

He is my DS paed, he is good and very experienced but very conservative.

He has been good with my son but he will hold back on treatments until he thinks they are really needed where as Dr Prado (who DS has also seen) is more likely to start treatments early.

If you don't mind me asking why are you looking for a paed?(I might be able to help more then!)

DS has reflux/ sleeping issues, but meds don't seem to be suiting him despite some improvement.

Oh ok DS had reflux (GERD) he is on Losec, zantac and thickener. Dr Robertson is a good place to start as he is very knowledgeble. If further down the line you feel you need even more specialisy help you may need a GI referal but start with the paed first!

I work with Ian and he's fantastic! I highly recommend him (although he is not my paed, I go to Mark Stretton). He is very thorough, and you should be very happy with him.
