Baby of the Year - photographic competition

The Little Masterpiece Studio is holding a Baby of the Year competition at Mt Ommaney shopping centre until Sat 22 April.

You can win 12mths groceries to the value of $7000.

Yep i seen this too they are also at Carindale shopping centre! Got Summer done when she was 2 months old & now at 12 months...not for the competition bcoz it sounds a bit dodgy lol but for the photos.

I saw them at Mt Ommaney too. They are doing the rounds. I got my little one photographed at Redbank Plaza. The $3.95 fee gets you a 4x6 photo (which they pick) and the sitting. I saw all the signs about the competition but no-one really said anything about it - perhaps just a ruse to get people in. They take several shots and you have to pick a couple of backgrounds/themes. When i went back to view the photos they wanted a package price of $430 (that includes negatives). There were cheaper packages but I just took my "freebie" and the photo magnets which I had also ordered (they pick the photos) - these were about $7 each I think. They had keyrings too.
I am going to give Pixi photo a go next week, someone told me that they are cheaper.
I am also looking for baby comps around Brisbane / Ipswich area - hard to find hey!:smiliedance:
