Well i am a mum of a ds whos turning 1 on the 28th, but all my life ive never really had a period. With ds i went to a gino and he took a blood test and said that i was still producing eggs and that if i didnt get a period that wkend (not that i did anytime) that i would be pg! so i did a hme pg test and luckily enuff i was but now that i & dh are ttc another i dont know when its the best times to have 'relations' is:detective:
I would love to be pg again and its realy stressing me that we've been trying and nothings happening.
What step should i take next?
I've had 1 period since having ds and as i said he's turning 1 soon.

My DP would say, don't stress just have fun 'practising' making babies - but that's men for ya!!

Do you mind if I ask, how long have you been trying this time? Were you on any birth control at all?

I would probably go back to the doctor and ask him/her what time they thought would be the best time to try to conceive. Maybe if you're still producing eggs, you can do that ovulation thing where you chart your such-and-such levels and that tells you when you're ovulating or about to?

Sorry, i might not be much help - just trying to brainstorm :p

They do actually sell home ovulation test kits from the chemist - they can get a bit pricey as they only have 5 days worth of test strips, but maybe you could invest in one of those - or more - to find out when you ovulate. Then you'd have a better idea of when to "have relations"!
