Every single time I shower.

And always before bed now, with rosehip oil on my belly, if I have my shower in the morning.

Most moisturisers contain cetryl alcohol which sets of my ezcema so no. Those that don't contain alcohol are too expensive for me to bother using.

Have you tried a natural oil? They're really nice to use, and not that expensive either.:)

No I haven't. The funny thing about me is I get ezcema on my legs but I get acne on my upper back and shoulders:laughing: I'm an odd creature.

That is a bit different! Maybe one of those acne clearing body washes or something...

I just use olive oil base soaps which seems to help with both.

my skin is exceptionally dry. at this time of year most moisturisers do nothing for it. so, in winter it is after every shower. in summer i can get away with only every two or 3 days because of the humidity.
i'm looking for somegoood natural ones, becaiuse i've been concerned for a long time about how much moisturisers actually ends up in my bloodstream...

It's great isn't it!

It's even clearing up my eczema on my hands, which I thought I'd have to put up with until the baby is born because it's hormonal.

YAY!! :D

Susan Mac, have you tried a body oil? I use organic rosehip and it's fantastic. I rub it on my body then use what's left on my hands for my face.

I moisturise my body morning and night after my shower. My face I moisturise in the mornings, and I just put rosehip oil under my eyes in the evenings. I have oily skin, and I find if I use the oil on my whole face, I get a break out.

Yep, every day, after every shower . I love Nivea Soft, but at the moment I'm using a coconut body butter from The Body Shop that my sis gave me for my b'day.

oh gawd yes
I am moisture obsessed

When I get out of the shower still damp I rub cocoa oil into me, let that sit then pat dry, then before i get dressed I lather up with usually nut butter from the body shop

I HATE dry skin so constantly moisturise, especially my hands everytime I wash them at work

I've only just gotten into the whole 'cleanse, tone and moisterise' routine for my face. I should really be doing my body as well, because my legs can be dry a lot of the time. I guess im too hurried or lazy. Or both.
