hey:wave:
Just wondering, can you have too much of one colour in your nursery/babys room? I know it prob sounds really silly but Im worried about having too much white in my daughters room LOL:o
Everything almost is white, aside from the cot sheets & quilt, the basket liners, nappy bin and the hamper(all pink) and the rocker is charcoal. I want to add in a chest of drawers and toybox to her room but I want them white to match the other wooden furniture, will it be too much white  I love white for girls I think its so cute, but im afraid it will start to look sterile:o the walls are cream with a blue trim(rented house) and beige carpet. Oh and pink curtains.
Any suggestions?
Thanks:thumbsup:

No thats not too much white. Matching furniture is nice :)
When you said too much white I thought you were going to say white walls, cot , drawers, sheets, floor, nappy stacker....... etc etc lol
I think what you have will look lovely :)

:)thanks. Im trying to think of other ways I could break up the white a bit more, I was thinking of maybe a pastely pink or purple throw on the chair and maybe a rug? Everything is pastels which I LOVE.:D

I think it will look lovely. I like matching furniture too, with pretty accessories!
Your room sounds just like my Dd's and personally I don't think you can ever have too much white. I think it looks beautiful in a babies room, it's such a pure, clean colour and looks great with just a splash of pink here and there.
My DD's room is the following;
White walls
White cot
White change table
White side table
White book shelf
White mossy net
Pink balnkets
Pink pillows
Pink baskets liners
Pink butterfly mobile
I love it! :)

sounds nice!
I agree I just think its so pretty and girly but it can grow with your child. If I had a boy I think I would have gone dark wood, I dont mind white and blue but I think darker wood is more masculine.

I agree, I would have done the exact same for a boy!
I forgot the white chest of drawers... lol... but I have replaced the original white knobs with these cute little pink flower knobs which I've put on the top two drawers..

You could get some removable wall stickers...that's what I have in B's room (and we're renting too)
