I think I read chickpeas are supposed to be good..
here's what I read:
Ancient people also associated chickpeas with Venus because they were said to offer medical uses such as increasing sperm and milk, provoking menstruation and urine and helping to treat kidney stones

Ahhh, ROFL- I ate chickpeas in my dinner tonight before reading this! How funny
I just read in an article that too much vitamin C can be bad for ttc. Apparently it dries out the cervical mucus, which makes it unhelpful to the little swimmers.
Will add more later!

Take note of the different supplements and how each helps.
Women in India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and other parts of the world have long used papaya as a folk remedy for contraception and abortion. Medical research in animals has confirmed the contraceptive and abortifacient capability of papaya, and also found that papaya seeds have contraceptive effects in adult male langur monkeys, possibly in adult male humans as well.[4] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Papaya#cite_note-3) Unripe papaya is especially effective in large amounts or high doses. Papaya is not teratogenic (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Teratogenic) and will not cause miscarriage in small, ripe amounts. Phytochemicals (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phytochemicals) in papaya may suppress the effects of progesterone (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Progesterone).[5] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Papaya#cite_note-4)
