Cheap wedding?
Celebrant and a park! :D Celebrant cost us $300 I think and the park was $120 but most Brisbane City parks are free (ours was at Sherwood so a bit more in demand ) that's how we did ours. Our reception was an an RSL, we just had their nibblies menu and a jukebox in the corner. No seating plan, no dinner (other than the nibbles) and no band!!!
The dress was half made for me - I picked up a great bargain at Stones Corner for the white skirt and my dad's partner made the top!!

Nothing to it :)

I don't know any 'bush chapels' on the south east side, but if you DID want to trek to Ipswich, Queen's Park has a gorgeous little bush chapel. :)

Hi,

There are a few places you can look at if you want a small chapel. As mentioned Mt Tambourine has a gorgeous chapel and there are heaps of places for a reception nearby. Northpine Country Park at Petrie also has a lovely little chapel. It's not "bush", but it is in a quiet location, and within walking distance there is a "pub" which operates as a function place. The grounds are lovely for photos. There is a charge for it, but I'm not sure what it is.

Hope this helps,

Leanne

I stumbled upon this and thought of your request:

I'm not sure of the cost but it looked lovely, and Mt Glorious is just that.

All the best,
