Hi, I'm in paddington so not really close enough to do a mother's group catch up but I just wanted to say, keep searching for a mummies group. I too missed out on having one with DD1... various reasons. I really felt the losss of not having other women to bond with. My kids are probs too old (almost 2 and 3yrs) to be worthwhile catching up with anyway... what you want is some other mum's who have bubs either the same age or a few months either side. That way you can share sleeping tips and solid food tips and boobfeeding, tiredness, i'm going crazy when does this end tips!

Join a local playgroup (google it if you cant find one) or go to your early childhood centre and ask them about mother's groups or playgroups. Honestly, it's worth the effort.

Good luck, you've got through the hardest 6 months in my opinion... it all just keeps on getting better from here!
