i agree... i tried and i think we only got to half of what was required!!! and thats with only buying heinz food.... oh well they made their profit from me the last few months!!!

Its a joke! You would have to be feeding bubs ALOT of jars to get the required amount within the time frame.

I have seen people selling them on ebay, but whats the point in buying them?? you may as well go out and buy the toy:rolleyes:

Heinz are a company trying to make maximum profits like all other companies...these "competitions" are marketing ploys to get people to buy more of their product.

I don't buy baby food (making it is cheaper & healthier) so I don't know how many coupons you need but there are LOTS listed on ebay for about $1.00 each (which seems cheaper than buying the "food").

it sucks that there aren't more toys to choose from ... the ones they have on offer are more expensive ..

look at the wiggles/ babylove promotion - the minimum tokens you needed was 14!! awesome (I'm a clothie .. so didn't participate .. but 14 seemed reasonable,.. since some nappy packs had more than one token...) . but the toys they offered at that token price were smaller wiggle ones ..

MUCH better for all parents though .. to be able to purchase products AND get a prize for their child ..

I took one look at the heinz site .. and basically snorted .. there is NO WAY I would get 130 odd tokens .. you would basicalyl need to get a group of mums together!! I guess a few smart playgroups might get a few toys??

I think you had to buy too many to claim a toy. Is good if you have twins!. But yeah it is cheaper to make the food yourself as you know whats in it. The only food i love to buy is the custards which is her desert. The other food i will make!!

i actually email heinz yesterday commenting about how i thought it was unreasonable promotion.

One of the girls in my mothers group was collecting them and we all just gave her ours cause we couldn't be bothered to go collect them all ourselves so figured if she wanted to then she deserved the toy at the end...lol.
She ended up 15 tokens short so went and stocked up big time on heinz food and now has all these jars without labels on them with whats in them written in black texta.

I looked at the number of labels needed for the Heinz promotion and laughed...there was no way i was going to collect that many.

The babylove one was reasonable and i use then during the day (i find Huggies better at night), and i sent off for the tent for my son, but havent received it, its been nearly 8 weeks so it should arrive soon.

Also with Heinz you had to pay as well, with babylove you didnt even have to pay for the postage.
