Low Papp A

Hi everyone

Does anyone know what is considered to be low MoM Papp A? A friend of mine has had her nuchal results and although the nuchal measurement is fine (1.3mm) and her Bhcg is also fine, she was told her Papp A was low (0.38Mom). This lowers her result from 1:7845 to 1:3452. While she is relieved her results are very low risk, she is concerned about the Papp A. Does anyone know anything about this?
