Call me crazy, but......

I'm a bit sad because it appears that Oscar has decided that he wants to sleep through the night.

I miss my middle of the night cuddles :o

Don't get me wrong, I'm also loving my sleep, and I don't miss the routine of getting up to him 8 or 9 times a night to re-settle him like I used to do when he was tiny - but for the past month or two it has just been one, maybe two wakes during the night, somtimes with a feed in there - and a nice big long cuddle.

You wait - next week he'll go back to waking several times a night and I'll be back here asking what happened to my sleeping baby :laughing: :laughing:

I know what you mean mummabear, it is sad when they start sleeping through coz you start to realise that your little baby is growing up!! But play time during the day is so much fun I reckon, and walking into the Nursery in the mornings and seeing that big grin that just screams 'MUMMY I LOVE YOU!' is fantastic.

Hope he keeps sleeping through though and you can get some decent sleep now!

As good as it is its also a little sad because it means they are growing up.
Dont worry though because soon enough he ill be running up to you for big hugs & kisses even if they are opened mouthed & drooly ! LOL !
I love it nowadays that Harry will come over to me & motion to be picked up for cuddles & kisses or if we are playing on the floor he crawls over to me & jumps on me for a big smooch tis the greatest feeling !
He may be growing out of this but there will be something even better for you that will take its place !
