Hi all I am a home dad & finding it hard to make friends with bubs similar in age to my little girl. I am 38 my daughter is 10 mths. Feeling a little isolated.
Cheers

Hi there and welcome to Bubhub

I'm sure you'll find lots of people here to talk to :D Do you have a playgroup that you could start taking your daughter to? I found that to be great for both myself and my little boy to make friends.

Hello and welcome to BH. Great to see another dad on here. I agree with Ange&Seth about playgroup. It's probably the best way to start off trying to find some playmates for your daughter.

Hey and welcome, it is nice to see another dad on bub hub.

My son is ten months as well :)

To read all the active topics on this site I click on the "new posts", and yeah, I can get in on all the "action" lol.

It takes a bit of getting used to but it is worth it, we also have a massive list of activities, in the Activities with Babies / Children area.

I find it helpful when I am not having a creative day

Hello and welcome to bubhub,

It is wonderful that we are getting more dads on here, as someone has already said we do have a dad's section and also other sections that people from specific states post on. They hold regular meets so you also get to actually meet some of the people you chat to.

Play groups are also a good idea and although I don't know, there is probably a link on here that gives you local groups in your area.

Look forward to seeing you around the boards.
