I am TTC via tubal reversal. I am a mother of 3 children, 19 (dd) 17 (dd) 15 (ds) I am 36 and my husband is 31. We have been married for 7 years and together almost 9. My husband and I have talked about a tubal reversal for about 6 years and we finally decided to do it last year. My husband doesnt have any children of his own, however he has taken on the responsibility of raising my children from day one! He is wonderful. My children call him "Dad".
We have been trying since last May. We have had some problems since starting to try. We had the reversal in April and then in May our son had a horrible ATV accident and was critically injured. He was in the hospital for a little over a week and the the healing process started. Finally he was all done with doctors around the end of July and we started again. Then my father passed away suddenly in August. We never had time to heal from that before we lost 2 more important family members 90 days later. Then all of a sudden when the stress lifted, BOOM! We find out we are pregnant in Feb! We were estatic! We went for our fiirst scan at 4 weeks and we saw our little sac! They told us to come back in 2 weeks for another one. We went back in on March 3rd and they told us we had lost our baby. :( So we have been back on the TTC wagon since then. On the up side of things, we found out that we can get pregnant on our own and that at least one of my tubes are not blocked! So in a sense, there was some good news hidden in there.
So sorry for the long story here but I just wanted to let you into my world for a little while. I look forward to making new friends here.
