I have decided to start my 2 year old DD on multis. Her diet is bad to say the least, she is so fussy with her food it's not funny; she refuses to eat any vegies, fruit and meats (it's been going on for a good 2 months now). She used to eat broccoli and corn - not anymore.

I have narrowed down to two:

* Nature's Way Kids Smart Fruity Chewable Burstlets

* Nature's Way Kids Smart Preschool

I need something I can mix in her milk bottle or give as medicine, she likes her medicine (isn't that crazy??!!). I belive you can do just that with the ones mentioned above. I was wondering if any of you ladies have used either and what you opinions are?

Thanks in advance

Hi tachi77

My DS is EXACTLY the same as your DD. However, he was also sick on and off a lot and someone mentioned to me to try multi-vitamins. I didn't even know they had them for toddlers! Anyhow, I have been using Penta-vite liquid multi-vitamins, they are pinapple flavour and my DS loves them. I think they do help a bit and it definately gave me piece of mind that he was getting SOME nutrients. At least you would be able to easily mix the liquid into your DD bottle. Although, if she's like my DS then you won't have any problem giving them to her straight! My DS also loves his medicines - they make them so sweet!

I've been giving EJ Pentavite for the last week cause she hasnt been eating well also recently as she had croup then tonsilitis. The Pentavite can be given straight to them, doesnt have to be mixed.

It's actually amazing the difference it's made - maybe it's just she's now over the things she had but I swear she's like a different child behavour wise and her appetite is now even better than it was before she was sick.

Thanks for your responses ladies. I have been doing my head in reading and reading about all the different ones available on the market. I think I will try Penta-vite and see how DD goes with it.
