Hi,
It totally depends what type of nappies you have. Tell us a little more and maybe we can help.

Nappy pails? is that an accessorie?
A wet bag for trips out of the house.
A little squirt for the toilet.
Cloth liners.
Leg warmers so the nappy isn't covered and you can show it off, lol.

Not sure really?

I have found having some bamboo trifolds useful for extra stuffing in the early days if you wanted to keep a pocket on for longer- say overnight for example.

Water bottle sprayer- for spraying water solution (I use water with a squirt of Gaia baby shampoo- smells nice and is mild) directly on to bum instead of having to wet the cloth wipes themselves.

The PP has made good suggestions too.

Thanks so much for the posts.
I guess i mean what else besides the nappies, covers and boosters are needed to set up a MCN operation.
I have the nappy bucket.
Where can i get a good wetbag from?

I use my Enjo wet bag (http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Enjo-Wet-Pack-Brand-new_W0QQitemZ290233645873QQihZ019QQcategoryZ87127Q QssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem) for nappies. It's a great size & perfect material.
