We rinse and make sure the toothbrush is totally clean whether or not the other was using it.

I wouldn't mind at all..........in fact the other week I used df's for about 4 days because ds2 decided to kindly scrub the shower with mine, including putting teh head in the plughole and I kept forgetting to buy myself a new one. That, I do prefer to use my own!

OMg I did this the other night too, his is blue and mine is green. I brushed them without the light on thought this feels different, softer ( his gets rougher treatment than mine has is a bit soft) so I swithced on the light and was grossed out to be using his arrgh:barf:

I'd rather just use my finger and swish... although I have plenty of toothbrushes haha, so if something happens theres always backups, aswell as brand new toothbrushes handy in the bathroom draw.

Only if I was desperate. DH always uses mine and I find it gross. I will usually let him have it and get myself a new one.
I always have a few brand new ones in the bathroom cupboard, in case someone stays and forgets theirs.

DH quite often gets our toothbrushes mixed up. how I don't know cos his is green and mine is purple:confused:. It doesn't worry me at all.

No Way especially not since learning you can contract Hepatitis from toothbrush sharing. Even though I know he doesnt have it and yes I may kiss him but brushing teeth can often cause your gums to bleed so therefore no.
