Ovulating

Hi all.

Im a bit vague when it comes to this sort of thing. :rolleyes:

I came off the pill in march/april this year and have had irregular cycles.
How do I know roughly what day I will ovulate?
I have a maybe baby test, which alot have said is unreliable (dp even got ferns).
Im going to get and opk tomorrow, but dont want to have to buy heaps to work out when Im ovulating.

You can buy OPK's off Ebay quite cheaply and I've always found them to be more reliable than the maybebaby. You can also tell when you are due to O by checking your cervical mucus, when it's stretchy and looks like egg white generally you will O within a few days. You can also check the position and feel of your cervix, whether it's low and open, high and closed. You can also chart your temperatures as soon as you wake up in the morning.
