Tender thighs???

I am 33 weeks pregnant and lately my thighs have been very tender to touch. Even to touch them slightly really hurts. Just wondering if anyone has had this and if it is normal?

im only 23 weeks pregnant, but i have been getting that abit to, for me it feels like i just did a big run without streching, is that what your experencing?

I'm 37wks and had been experiencing a tender tummy, almost like shingles and the OB said it meant stretch marks were on their way :yelclap:. The good news is they haven't appeared yet so there is hope but if this is true could it be that the tenderness is around your thigh/hip area where you might expect some stretch marks during pregnancy?

Mixy- yeah it kinda feels like that just so sore to touch. It has now moved down to my calves not sure if it is muscles just feels like the skin is sore.

Talavoumama- I havent put on that much weight only about 2-4 kilos and all of that is baby and around my belly so i am not sure if the stretch marks therory works. I hope not but i guess time will tell.
