Sorry, I can't help you too much as this is our first month TTC...however am curious so am going to watch this thread...

We are planning to BD everyday around O for this month and will prob be PM...

I would try for the morning BD as I read somewhere morning sperm are better :D. When we were "seriously" ttc we'd BD in the morning the day before O, the morning of O day then the following night (not the night of O).

Its been different every cycle, but I try to bd the night before O or the morning of O at least, and try to bd about 3 days before hand, so the swimmers arent "old", haha. Studies have shown the count and quality is better if he doesnt "release" for 2-3 days beforehand and no longer than that. But, like I said, its been different everytime and no luck thus far (dh has a great count tho as well, so the issue is with me). Good luck! :)

We pretty much bd every day to conceive our DD, and she was conceived within 6 weeks of trying.

THis time round we generally try a day or two before O, then daily at night (too hard in the morning with DH work) until about 3-4 days past O.

When we were TTC#1 we BD'd every day around O. Actually, I think we just BD'd a lot in general back then. ;) Mostly at night. It took us three months to conceive. When it comes time to TTC#2, I'm not sure I'll have quite the same amount of energy!

Have you seen a specialist at all? I know you recently had a mc (Im so sorry!), but is there any desire to see anyone about it? You guys have been trying longer than we have...are you on metformin of anything? If I remember correctly, you have pcos?

every 2nd day starting 2 days before O. Have been told that it is better to do it every second day esp if your partner has a low sperm count. We dont know if DP does but think better be on the safe side. Probably continue till four days after O. Morning or night- no specific. The egg is viable for 72 hours after ovulation for implantation and sperm can live for up to four days. Will let you do the rest of the math:)

your doing provera? i did it last year to kick start my af to start clomid. good luck.

yeah we have been trying for awhile and i have seen seeing 2 gynos im working with who have done all our tests and u/s in 04 and bt showed pcos so i was told then i had more bt and u/s last year witch i was told i dont have pcos but i do have muticystic ovaries, dont know what the diff is as my bt's are fine..had a bt cd 23 and it showed i ovulated on my own last month and my cycles are just startimng to work them selfs out they put me on 2 cycles of provera and clomid 50mg witch both failed, ill be seeing one of them in july if nothing happens from now to then
