help needed

hi all

my son is 2 & a half we started toilet training him just b4 xmas and everthing was going great he was telling us when he needed to go to the toilet, but now he just walks into a room and wee's on the floor than says he needs to go i get really frustrated cause it doesnt matter if u put him on the toilet like 2 mins b4 he will still wee on the floor after!

if any one has any ideas please let me know!
