Maid of Honour Issue

Hey guys going insane. Best mate just asked me to be her bridesmaid which is great, but now im head bridesmaid and not sure on what to do... Im sure theres someone who knows what to do lol, I know i organise the hens, and look after her at the wedding, make sure everything goes the way SHE wants... but what else?

I would just ask her what she wants..it depends on the person, and what kind of wedding etc. I didn't expect my bridesmaids to do anything, except stand up next to me on the day. And they knew flat out I didn't want a classic 'hens night' or anything like that. My mum was the one that did all the behind the scenes, making sure everything is 'just right' stuff...my bridesmaids just enjoyed the day with us.
