Blue-Tac on the Walls!

It's taken me until now to notice that there's blue (or, yellow rather) tac marks all over the wall of nugget's room. I've attacked the marks with Sugar Soap and a cloth but it's not coming off as easily as I'd like to think.

Any tips? I have no idea how old it is (at least 2 years)...

Eucalyptus oil works really well. Just removed 4yr old tac from nursery
